Its varied facilities allow Crown Rewards members to earn and use Points across eligible leisure, hospitality and gaming experiences.

Crown Sydney is located at Barangaroo and centres on Crown Towers Sydney, signature restaurants, bars, spa experiences and selected gaming facilities. Its Crown Rewards experience has a stronger focus on luxury accommodation, dining and hospitality within a single hotel destination.

Frequently Asked Questions
Points are not normally awarded when a Crown Rewards Card is not presented or registered during an eligible transaction. If this happens because of a technical malfunction or operator error, a manual Point adjustment form must be requested and completed on the transaction date. The form, valid receipt and acceptable identification must then be presented at a Crown Rewards or reception desk within 14 days.
Points are not credited when only a deposit has been paid for a restaurant booking, event or another eligible product or service. The transaction can qualify after we receive the full payment, provided all other Crown Rewards conditions are satisfied and the membership card is correctly registered.
Points may be used towards payment at participating facilities, subject to the available account balance and the venue’s redemption conditions. Members should present their Crown Rewards Card when paying, and the redeemed Points will be deducted from the account.
Eligible Crown Rewards Points can be redeemed for selected Crown gift cards and experiences through the Member Hub. Available products, required Point balances and redemption conditions may change, and some options may only be accessible online.
Yes. Earning caps may apply to selected activities and transactions. For example, individual Events and Conferences bookings may be subject to a maximum of 30,000 Crown Rewards Points, with additional frequency and funding conditions applying to the booking.
