Our Crown Rewards membership includes six status levels, with benefits developing as members earn the required Tier Credits. Eligible members may receive personalised hotel rates, selected restaurant pricing, birthday offers, parking privileges and exclusive promotions. Yes. Our Crown Rewards membership is free and available to eligible individuals aged 18 or over. Valid identification is required to complete registration, and membership remains subject to our entry and participation requirements.
Points do not expire while a member remains active. If no Points are earned or redeemed for 12 consecutive months, the entire Points balance expires at midnight AEDT at the end of the twelfth month and cannot be restored.
A Home Property is the Crown destination associated with a member’s account. It is usually determined by the member’s residential state or selected during registration through the Crown app, and it may affect the privileges available through our program. Members can check their assigned Home Property in the Membership Portal.
A lost or stolen Crown Rewards Card should be reported to us immediately. We may issue a replacement after verifying the member’s identity, while each physical or digital card remains personal and must not be shared with another person.
Members should regularly review their Crown Rewards Points balance and report possible errors or missing Points at a Crown Rewards or reception desk within 60 days. Supporting information may be requested, and members should present or correctly register their card when completing an eligible transaction
